We have more than 20 QC personnel composing of engineers, technicians and production staff who are well-trained to perform QC inspection.
Our QC Procedures include Material & Operator Acceptance, Process Inspection, and Delivery Spot Test etc.
Raw materials and components are checked thoroughly, making sure that they are of the best quality. We also have staff to check each stage of production, and at the same time conduct random testing on products. Finished products (pre-packaging and after packaging) are again scrutinized to assure defect-free items. Finally, each product is once again checked before delivery.
